Responsibilities:
· Call on Hot leads (Loan approved leads)
· Understand their Loan Requirements
· Complete Video KYC on the call with Interested Leads
· Agents must have 1-2 years of fintech calling experience
· Relevant knowledge is a must
· Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Login hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (8 active login hours per day)
Work days: 6 days a week, rotational offs, Saturdays and Sundays are working.
Total Calls: Min. 250 dials per day.
Job goal: To complete video KYC of interested leads
Payout structure
6m - 2 yrs BFSI calling experience with good communication skills: Rs 18000
6m - 2 yrs BFSI calling experience with excellent communication skills: Rs 20000
More than 2 yrs BFSI calling experience with excellent communication skills: Rs 22000
